Faith will blossom and strengthen with the measure He bestows to you.

None are righteous and none seeketh after God. This is found in God’s Word and His Word is pure. Our loving Lord cannot lie. He is perfect, all knowing and Creator of all.

Why then, am I drawn to reading, praying and worshiping my risen Saviour? It certainly then cannot be of my own will, but by the spirit of God that dwells within me. I wasn’t always this way. If there was something I could forget, I would want to forget the wicked, sinful fool I was in my earlier years. I was against God in my thoughts and actions’; following only my selfish wants and needs. I was once on the path of destruction. Our gracious Lord knew when to draw me in, how to get me to follow Him and seek Him with all my heart.

It was in times of trials, what I look upon as being grim days that I did call out to Him on my knees begging for His help, asking for His forgiveness. I am still learning from the Bible and will be a life long learner of His Word but it is with gladness that I can understand when the Lord places in the Book of James the following for us to study: James 1: 2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.We cannot possibly understand the infinite holy love that our Lord has shown to us. My heart was not facing Him and He knew when it would. My heart was not humble, yet He was ready to change it at the right time.

Through a series of trials and tribulations I was made weak and emptied of self and pride. I was now in His care and in His hands instead of in the hands of others and worse than that, the clenches of sin. I am forever changed and it is my prayer that you will be too. Cry out, call out, turn your heart to Him and ask Him to be in full charge of your, mind, body and soul and pray to be cleansed of your sins. With patience watch, pray, and listen to your heart, because that's where it starts. Listen with an instructed mind, taught by His truth in His Spirit's light.Faith will blossom and strengthen with the measure He bestows to you.
