From My Heart

These are words from my heart, and this message is offered to you out of love for my fellow citizen of this planet earth. If you do not wish to read it all, that is your privilege. I just want to share some thoughts from my heart.

I believe the End Times are near, as I can plainly see the Bible being fulfilled. There is terror and strife such as this world has never known. There is a falling away from the truths revealed in God’s Holy Word, the Bible, like I have never known. I am 65 years old, and I am troubled at the negligence to sound principles of living our lives to the fullest. When I say to the fullest, I do not mean sensual pleasures. I am referring to living our lives with the happiness and welfare of not only ourselves, but others as well.

God is real, and whether we like that or not, it makes no difference whether we believe or not. We are created by a higher Power. We do not determine our own destiny. God does that, and He reserves that privilege for Himself, exclusively. If one would honestly consider the prophecies recorded in God’s Word, the Bible, he or she would have to consider its message. To refuse to do so is foolish. We are told to love our neighbor as our self. Now, not all our neighbors are considered loveable in society. There are those who are obstinate, arrogant, and opinionated. We must realize one important fact of life; everyone has loveable characteristics, though these may be far different from what we consider the norm. The street person, who has no job, pays no taxes, and claims no property, is loveable. God loves that person, so that automatically gives that person the status of one who is loveable.

The politician who is party to wrongful legislation is loveable. God will accept the prayer of repentance from the politician just as quickly as He will from the private citizen who works an eight hour day and never makes headline news. I do not approve of much of the governmental policies of today’s politicians, but I love them just the same. So does God!

For those who do not believe in intelligent design, I cannot but help wonder why. Just look around, in a 360 degree radius, and then look above, or even beneath the earth’s surface if you wish. How can you intelligently come to a conclusion everything is left to chance? One thing I have learned, from experience, is God is real. I put my trust in Him years ago, and He has revealed Himself to me, sometimes in miraculous ways. There is no amount of debate or discussion or so-called evidence that can convince me He is not real. I know what I have seen, and what I have heard, and what I have experienced are real life experiences. Just as He has revealed Himself to me, He will, and desires, to reveal Himself to you personally. Once He does this, you will have no doubt as to His reality.

Poetry

If Only It Could Be

If only we were all found striving
Then more could gladly start arriving
At the same glorious destination.

We could be better witnesses to the world
Of God’s plans that are slowly unfurled
Helping the lost unite to His holy nation.

If our instructed minds are to be as one…
If our hearts would sing more often for God’s Son,
More would seek and pray for salvation.

If our mouths were to share more of His Word
To those still hungry and have not yet heard…
More souls would joyfully attend
His Heavenly celebration.

Phillipians 1:27
Only let your conversation be as
it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether
I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear
of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit,
with one mind striving together for
the faith of the gospel;
