THE BIG BANG THEORY

The Big Bang theory has been accepted by a majority of scientists

today. It theorizes that a large quantity of nothing decided to pack

tightly together,—and then explode outward into hydrogen and

helium. This gas is said to have flowed outward through frictionless

space (“frictionless,” so the outflowing gas cannot stop or

slow down) to eventually form stars, galaxies, planets, and moons.

It all sounds so simple, just as you would find in a science fiction novel.

And that is all it is.[1]

The Big Bang Theory is so ridiculous when one really stops and thinks about it. Gamow, the man who named this theory, used cartoons to demonstrate his theory of a big bang being the beginning of the existence of the universe. The cartoons may have been convincing to those present, but it certainly takes more than cartoons to make a theory worthy of consideration.

The Big Bang Theory claims in the beginning nothingness was condensed by gravity into a very small area, and then this small thing exploded, producing our protons, electrons, and neutrons. This supposedly set up a chain reaction, with the end result being our universe. Wow! What imagination and what faith it takes to believe such a fairy tale type of theory. If nothing existed, then where did the gravity come from? And how can nothing possibly produce something?

Gamow claimed nothingness compacted into a very small area, then exploded, flying off through matterless space, creating much heat. He even presented a mathematical statement of density formed and heat produced. Whoa! How can someone who was not around when the universe began tell us how dense something was at that time and how hot it was? And why would those present accept this theory presented to them as scientific fact on the word of one man who had no evidence of his claims. He had not measured anything that had to do with the origin of the universe. What would one measure or take the temperature of to come to a scientific conclusion as to the density and temperature of an emerging universe?

If you say, “You cannot prove it didn’t happen that way,” my answer will be, “You cannot prove it did happen that way.” Therefore you have no authority to state the Big Bang Theory as fact, and it should not be taught as science. For the Big Bang Theory to be true, the physical laws would have to be broken. If physical laws could have been broken once by chance, what is preventing them from being broken again by chance? The Big Bang Theory can be no more than fantasy thinking.

This article is not intended to be a scientific treatise on the Big Bang Theory, but rather to get the reader to think and use rationale in making up his or her own mind. There are numerous writings and treatises on this theory available on the internet and in published works. One work on the Big Bang Theory I have read lists at least ten valid reasons why it is impossible for a universe to come into existence from nothing. I do not think one must be a learned scientist to see the error of thinking in the Big Bang Theory. A little common sense should go a long way in coming to the conclusion it has no more worth than a fairy tale.

So, then, why do those who teach evolution stick to their theories in spite of the evidence pointing to the absurdity of it? I can not speak for them. They must speak for themselves. It is said some leading evolutionists in the past have vowed to prove there is no God. If one admits there is a creating God, then one must admit that God has power over His creation. If one could prove there is no God, then we would have the liberty to be our own gods, making up our rules as we go. God does exist, and we do not have the privilege of being gods unto ourselves.

*In the end, all will kneel before Him and confess Him. This confession will be useless for those who do not confess Him while alive on this earth. Perhaps for some, to refute the claims of our universe evolving from nothing would be very embarrassing after teaching it so long and so fervently. Perhaps some are just too stubborn or are letting pride stand in the way. Embarrassment, stubbornness, and pride should not stand in the way of admitting mistakes and erroneous thinking. Let’s keep science truly science and not wishful thinking nor fantasy theories.

By Him Were All Things Created -Part I and II

Part I

Man was created by Lord Jesus
Placed in a garden fully grown
Provisions made in just three days
Father God takes care of His own.

Linked to monkeys? That is not so.
Missing, will always be their link.
Mankind trusts not what he should
We were created, now upon this …think.

Our Maker stands outside of time
With this universe in His hand.
Time… He needed not for His miracles
Changing water to good wine, went as planned.

Did someone start to bake the bread
For the five thousand followers…
Seekers of truth, needing to be fed?
Instantly, Jesus provided for them
And gave much more with His own blood shed.

Colossians 1:15
Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Psalm 14:1
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Part II.

A Look At Jonah
The Lord is the One who commands the winds
Over His valleys, deserts and majestic trees
God's great wind rocked the ship that held Jonah
Until the boatmen cast him out into the seas.

We read that God had prepared a great fish
And Jonah was swallowed by a whale…
Whales were created on the fifth day
God's word is written in perfect detail.

By the plans of God a tall gourd rose up
That Jonah would have comfort in the shade.
Though Jonah preferred to remain in his grief
God's provisions ignored …thus the plant would fade.

God is the Creator of all life
We trust what He can do in a day
We know what will happen in a certain hour
For those of true faith
And for those who've gone astray.

There are no gaps found in The Bible
Unlike the many found
In the assumptions of man
The Lord will always be near to those
Who trust in His Word and in His plan.

Isaiah 55:9
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts
