The World Itself Could Not Contain

John 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Each time I read The Bible, a new treasure is revealed to my eyes. This particular verse always amazes me because of the profound spiritual impact Christ has made around this earth and universe. This verse speaks also of the eternal love that wraps around all the true believers of Christ Jesus. Jesus Christ, the same, yesterday , today and for ever – Hebrews 13:8.

In His ministry on earth, Jesus revealed His divine power to bring those who were dead back to life such as Lazarus and the daughter of Jairus.

He shall never leave us nor forsake us. We are in the eternal care of a Great Shepherd. (Hebrews 13:20). He cares for us with a Shepherding love and is the very door His sheep pass through and are kept forever in His pasture. (John 10:7-9 )

Christ is with us always, no matter where we are. (Psalm 139, Matthew 28:20)

He has washed us of our imperfections. (1 Corinthians 16:11).

He has fed us with food that sustains us.( John 6:51)

Christ has saved us with His redeeming love . (Revelation 14:4 )

He has placed His true light within our hearts that He may shine His love unto other hearts in need.( 2 Corinthians 4:6 )

He has given to us , many , many neighbors that we may pray for and serve with a servant’s love just as He did Himself and has commanded of us to do as well . (John 13:5-15)

The world itself could not contain the enormity of immeasurable holy love that has poured out upon mankind.

It is that powerful and overflowing.

It is that real and miraculous.

The world itself could not contain
the compassion and joy our Heavenly Father holds for His people, so much, that He is creating a New Jerusalem for them. A new spiritual world is promised to us from One who makes and keeps all promises. A glorious, pristine rejoicing world is ours because of the Lamb of God. A world that will be filled with song and praise and absent of darkness and fear. (Revelation 3:12 and 21:2).

And Scripture cannot be broken . ( John 10:35 )

It may not all be written for us to read, but all that He has done and all that He has yet promised to do is steadily being fulfilled !!

Christ is eternally Faithful and True.
