Hate

Four letters that cause much harm

One syllable that sounds an alarm

Someone thinks you are dumb or smart

or the wrong color ...

Well- they have a stone heart.

Hate is an evil seed-

The power behind

All prejudice and greed.

Love

Four letters that bring us together

-Able to change storms into sunny weather.

One syllable that's as soft as a dove...

Letting your spirit soar high above.

It is the action to mend a broken heart

and allows us to become part

of an eternal plan made by God

~Intentionally for man.
