Blessings of Yesterday and Today

Glimpses of cherished moments to reflect upon at the ending of this year. Some pictures are of our home - a few others are from Barbados years ago with Uncle Joe, some are of Westbury Gardens with my Dad, others are of Silverlake Park in Baldwin, NY - a park that I played in when I was little and now take walks my husband and family. There's a picture of me and the kids by the Christmas Tree at Reckson Plaza in Uniondale. That evening I was blessed to wear a beautiful shawl given to me as a gift by a very thoughtful friend. ( Thank you D.M ) Happy New Year to all that drop by this site .

I Will Always Believe


In my mind God revealed to me
His beloved Son and all His work
Obediently done.

In my heart His word remains
My shield, my light and treasure
Given graciously and without measure.

My soul has known the pierced Hand
of One who once walked upon this land
teaching me how to live by His will
In His sacred Sacrifice .

I know what I have received
and will always believe
in Jesus.
