The Book Is Still Opened

The Book Is Still Opened 

We read Scripture...God wants us to-
Quietly pondering His spiritual view
As we humbly seek to learn what is true
About a life we can lead unto Him anew.

The Book has been opened all over the earth
Where many souls have learned of Christ’s birth
Our hearts can know all that God’s planned-
With a smile we can place His wisdom in our hand
And His spirit will guide and help us understand.

His Book is still opened all over this earth
To those who truly appreciate its worth
And live to His will with joyful pleasure
For His promises are our greatest treasure.



For whatsoever things were written aforetime
 were written for our learning, that we
through patience and comfort of the
scriptures might have hope. Romans 15:4 .
